SandTray training

In addition to my clinical practice, I provide professional SandTray training for mental health providers (Levels 1-10) seeking to deepen their therapeutic skills and expand their clinical toolkit. My trainings are designed to be experiential, practical, and grounded in ethical, trauma-informed practice.

 I am actively involved with the Texas SandTray Association (TSTA), having served on its Board of Directors as Secretary in 2025. I am also a member of the World Association of Sand Therapy Professionals. Through these roles, I am committed to supporting the growth, education, and integrity of SandTray practice throughout Texas and beyond. 

• In-person training held at my office: Located in Missouri City, Texas 77459 
• Small group format to ensure meaningful instruction and hands-on experience. 
• Training size is usually limited to 6 participants
• Groups are welcome and can be accommodated. 

• Two-day training sessions
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:15 PM each day
• Includes a 45 minute lunch break 
•  Each level qualifies for 12 contact hours for Texas SandTray Association (TSTA) 

• Training fee: $350 per level
•  TSTA Member Discount: $25 off per level  
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot 
• Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of class

• Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the training date, subject to a $50 processing fee. 
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the training are non-refundable.
  

• Except for Level 1, most levels have a prerequisite. Before registering for a session, please read the prerequisite requirements to make sure you have met it.
• Level 2 pre-requisite: Completion of Level 1.
• Level 3 pre-requisites: Completion of Levels 1-2.
• Level 4 pre-requisites: Completion of Levels 1-3. 
• Levels 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 pre-requisites: Completion of Levels 1-4. 
• Level 8 pre-requisites: Completion of Levels 1-4 and Level 5.
