SandTray therapy is a projective technique in which clients build a world using a tray of sand and miniature items. It is a powerful therapeutic approach that facilitates the mind's natural capacity for healing. This process allows one to gain insight and clarity into difficult situations, remove obstacles, resolve conflicts and assist in gaining self-acceptance.
Parts work therapy is the concept that our personality is composed of a number of various parts. The goal of parts work therapy then is to help individuals gain awareness of all their parts and to become more intentional about accessing the part that will be most useful for the situation. Working with your inner parts allows one to uncover aspects of self that have often been neglected or buried.
